I really don't like the looks of that car - in or out.

That is such an uninspiring design... makes me want to drive an old 80's Toyota - or something.... At least with the Toyota, you wouldn't have to make excuses.

I don't mind the outside. It's not as dramatic as the Model S, but it's clean and the proportions are pretty good.

I'm puzzled about why it's not a hatchback. I think that's going to be problematic.

The interior is a little odd, but I suspect it will grow on you as you get used to it. One nice thing--map pockets! They've also gone with an integrated center console, which (now that I am used to the Model S) I actually don't prefer. But the simple dash opens the interior up again and makes up for the console intrusion.

One other thing I noticed; no fixed piston calipers on the rear (though the front still seems to have them).

An egg on wheels for those that hate driving and exists merely for simpleton purposes, devoid of any style, passion, or meaning.

I call it "Electricamry"

That is heinous looking. It would be OK if it were a hatchback and the fugly came with utility. But it's not.

The dash doesn't really bother me. It's not meant to be sporty. It's an appliance.

I imagine it is going to be wildly successful.

I'll take the regular car manufacturers' electric options over this... but I'm good with gassers for another decade or so.

I'm with you. I really like having a hatch on my S, and the non-hatch on the 3 will make it a hard sell especially in Europe.

I'm pretty sure I'll want to sit in one before I decide to order -- and I was told that the Tempe (AZ) showroom will have demonstrators by late summer. Unfortunately, I'm now in Ohio...
