What should I get?
I'm waffling on getting another X5. It's nearly impossible to find ones with the adaptive suspension (threshold criterion), and I'm a bit worried that if we have another kid, the X5 will be too small.
Nobody makes what I want. The Q7 is too slow and I don't really want a GL63. Escalade? Ugh. |

yeah I am with bonoboy, not sure why you need a huge SUV with two kids(which I have). I want my wife to downsize from a highlander for her next car.

The new Volvo v90 wagon? E400 wagon? I'd think an X3 would be plenty big for a kid and a half. Realistically, it will be a year + before the second kid is dropped of by the stork. By then you'll be ready to replace whatever it is you buy now.
Acura MDX is always the 'smart' choice.

An X1 or X3 should fit the bill nicely, not sure why you think two kids would require a gigantic car/truck ...
Also, the new MDX looks pretty good. |
