I talked to my BIL this past weekend. It looks like the timing isn't going to work out. They literally just started a remodel and found major structural problems on day 1.
I did send him all the new pics, and I'll keep bugging him though. I can't believe he hasn't bought this thing yet. Damn sensible people. |
