WTB: skid steer

I'm putting out feelers, I need a skid steer loader (or tracked compact loader) for the new property and home building.

My father in law has his own civil contracting company and buys alot of his equipment at auctions. I know there is a large auction dealer for construction equipment off of I-80 just west of I-55 near Minooka, IL. I can't remember it's name though. I will try and get that place's name for you.
