The Rav4 Hybrid's owner's manual specs a 10k mile oil change interval for normal use. It says that 0w-20 can be substituted, but if you do, the following change must happen within 5k miles and must use 0w-16.

Searching auto parts stores for who has 0w-16 in stock is a frustrating exercise.
