If PAG offered the 992.2 base car with a manual option unlike the current 992.1 I suspect that they might kill off the T? After-all the T is a lighter weight base car offered with a manual and some S and GTS (shifter) bits applied.

BTW, While the base engine might be enough for most, I can report it is not for me. I need more zip!

In other news, my selling dealer has extended an offer to purchase my T back. We will see… I am currently mulling it over with 6XX miles behind the wheel.

Edit: While I like it, I am not in love with it unlike my base 997.2. At this juncture, I do not believe I am ever going to fully warm up to it.

I may have previously stated this, but I truly feel that the 997.2 is the pinnacle for the water cooled 911.
