I have never said to myself, "I want to own a muscle car specifically designed to go fast in a straight line."

But watching those videos, hearing the sounds.. and watching the acceleration. Damn that seems like a fun toy. If I had the money and a garage big enough to collect and store dozens of cars, I'd put this one in it for sure.

I liked Doug Demuro's words on the Demon

Just listen to these numbers...

The bugatti veron runs the quarter mile in 10.1s

Mclarin 720s does the 1/4 mile in 9.9s

Laferarri Porsche 918 spider do the 1/4 mile in 9.8s

This thing will do the 1/4 mile in 9.65 seconds. It's faster than a Laferrari

And then we have the 0-60 time. The Demon's official 0-60 time is 2.3 seconds. But in the right mode with the right settings the Demon can do 0-60 in 2.1 seconds making it the fastest production car in history. IN HISTORY.

The Porsche 918 spyder has AWD and a dual moter hybrid system with plugin capabilities mated to a technologically advanced V8 put inside a flowing sculpted body for aerodynamics....

And this giant hulk of Dodge is quicker.

The Demon weighs 650 pounds more than a 918 spyder. It's still quicker.

The Demon costs a million dollars less than a 918 spyder. It's still quicker.
