I think the C2S tends to be a GT. I wonder what the balance of sales are between 911 and 911 S (does it mirror the 330:340 balance which was more like 3:1?).
If you’re into the minutiae, the dynos show that the base 992 motor is very underrated. Like it’s probably closer to 450hp at the crank.
And the S/GTS motors are also underrated, but to a lesser extent. They also obviously make more power on the top end (I think).
Just to review, the 3.0 engine is unchanged across the base/S/GTS. What differs in the S/GTS is larger turbos. S to GTS is simply the boost/ECU tune.
I don’t have any data to support this, but I also think Porsche sandbags any T version of its cars and secretly tunes all of them for more power.
