Of course I would never endorse enabling someone drunk off their ass. Shouldn't need to say that, but I guess i felt the need to say it.
I guess I thought the NJ advance notice requirement was common, so the idea of trying to shut down Waze comms just seemed especially asinine to me.
That being said, if I had a glass of wine or two at a two hour dinner, knew I was still fine and well under .08, I'd probably still want to avoid the checkpoint and the associated potential hassle involved. I don't think that's unreasonable.
