Yup, that's the same, basic wrench that I have too. Still, it's usually a challenge finding enough space to move the wrench, because so often the filter is placed in a difficult position.
The Nissan we have is great. Remove the front skid plate, and it's right in front, directly above the front driveshaft. Super easy. Even has a c-channel bracket-thingy to funnel the dripping oil down and away from the engine block, and directly into your oil drain pan. I thought that was a nice, clever touch.
