If you can still find a leftover 2004 RX-8

There's over $4k in incentive money that can be applied. Consider that an RX-8 with the GT Package invoices at ~$29k, a leftover can probably be had for less than that, then lop another $4k off it, and you've got a new, loaded RX8 for probably less than $25k. (FWIW, someone's year old GT RX-8 just went for about $24k on ebay).

Find a base model RX-8, and you're looking at about $21k. Yes, it's a car that's more than a year old the day you buy it, but I don't think that there's a better value out there. M3 killing performance for 1/3 the price.
