It's taller and stubbier and I think narrower, but overall the dimensions are pretty similar. Interior room is about the same; the BMW has more rear legroom but a giant driveshaft tunnel. The trunks are similar, too; the BMW's might be slightly wider, but the Tesla has a much bigger under floor compartment (where the BMW's muffler is) and of course has the frunk.
