My first reaction is, there's nobody holding a gun to the employees' heads and forcing them to go back to work. Or keeping them from looking for employment elsewhere if declining to return to work would result in their dismissal.
My second reaction is, at what point would it be acceptable to re-open his workplaces? Or any business, for that matter? We can't spend the rest of our lives hiding on our basements. At some point we have to make some tough decisions and start moving forward again.
