There is always some. But nothing objectionable past 80mph on typical days. I seldom go over 80 in the LR4 and with the box I'm pretty strict about not going over 75mph except for maybe passing. I've had that box since December of 2007 and used it on the V70R, E91, and now the LR4. Never had much of an issue.
