I don't mind the outside. It's not as dramatic as the Model S, but it's clean and the proportions are pretty good.
I'm puzzled about why it's not a hatchback. I think that's going to be problematic.
The interior is a little odd, but I suspect it will grow on you as you get used to it. One nice thing--map pockets! They've also gone with an integrated center console, which (now that I am used to the Model S) I actually don't prefer. But the simple dash opens the interior up again and makes up for the console intrusion.
One other thing I noticed; no fixed piston calipers on the rear (though the front still seems to have them).
