This is an interesting transfer. VW focusing more on electrics, so it is selling its hypercar line to an electric company via Porsche who have an ownership stake in both VW and RIMAC.?.?
The only thing I really know about RIMAC is that Richard Hammond almost killed himself in one. Their e-tech does seem pretty good.
