I actually didn't receive a survey yet. I'm wondering if it's because the ticket is still open... or if they just missed me.
So service can suck and create a shit ton of annoyance for me.. as long as they eventually attempt to fix things 3 months later, they get perfect scores?
If they can go back in time and not fuck everything up I'll give them perfect scores.
