They used to give out numbers that were tied to (prospective) build sequence, but the RN is not. It's just a unique identifier for your reservation.
As a general matter, they've said that West Coasters will get first priority, as will Tesla owners. Musk at some point said 93 percent of the reservations are non-Tesla owners, though, so that latter priority isn't going to be very big.
You reserved on Day 2, IIRC, and as an East Coast, non-Tesla owner, you'll be fairly far back in the queue...but the production targets they've been quoting have been aggressive, so maybe it won't take as long as you think.
