I also generally still would like to upgrade to the 9A1 engine over the M96, but at the prices 987.2s and 981s are commanding that doesn't make any sense from a risk mitigation standpoint, either.
Anyway, it was a momentary thought and maybe if the car were the perfect spec I would have pursued it, but it isn't...so I didn't.

I think I would make the same decision if I had no garage. That really does factor into my choice of cars these days.
