Its probably my favorite car of all time and that's not hyperbole

Its just really good at doing everything. Its not too nice, so I can daily drive it and rack up miles. Its a ton of fun in an old school e36/e46 kind of way, like a puppy dog just wanting to play. The back seat is big enough that I can put a third human back there (especially w/ the top down) with out excessive bitching. The combo of the trunk and back seat carry a decent amount of stuff (great for grocery runs). The dog loves riding in the back seat. Its got 110k miles and isn't worth much, so its easy to just keep around. On nice days, it gives my wife and I the option of both using a 'vert if we want. We can leave it at the lake house for weeks during the summer as a runaround up there.

Its just worth way more to us than it is to get rid of it.
