Physically, it shouldn't be that hard beyond sourcing the parts. Monkey see, monkey do stuff.
Unfortunately, what I can't answer is how hard it would be to do the software side. And on top of that, you also need to pass emissions. (Which means no OBD error codes, and also probably no European software.) I can tell you with near certainty that software changes WILL be required. (Starter interlock probably, and then it's almost certain that the tune is different.)
That's a long way of saying that I also don't know. Notwithstanding Alfa grade depreciation, it would probably be cheaper to pick up, say, an F80 than do this.
