I've seen that and always thought it was a classy and understated plate (especially those without the .gov address listed on it -- I'm glad AZ doesn't do that).

I currently have the AZ centennial plate on my car, and previously had the Arizona Highways plate. The special plates cost an extra $25 per year and there is no extra charge to swap them out -- so I'll probably change the plate again when the registration is up next month. I haven't decided which one yet, but probably will go with my MBA school plate (which came out about 9 months ago and is pretty rare so far -- I've only seen one). Here are those:
