It depends. Do you really care about having snow performance, or would you be satisfied with great cold weather performance?

If you want a summery tire that is insane in the wet and mostly insensitive to cold, the Continental DW (summer) is great.

If you want the least awful performance A/S tire, the Michelin is probably your best bet. The DWS is a real and meaningful compromise.
