It was cool and wet in the video, so traction wasn’t the best, but you can see in the video that it’s the rear end that comes loose first on the M3. The driver was on the power coming through that corner, at what were already crazy high speeds. And while DSC can’t always save you, I’d also bet they had the DSC off yo.

Yeah, DSC was almost certainly off. It will not let you power on oversteer like that with it on. The cloud of smoke from the rear while sideways is a good indicator.
