The "good" places to ride in Oregon are Coos Bay and Florence which are toward the southern 1/3 of the OR coast. Slightly closer to home is a place called Sand Lake which is just south of Tillamook, OR. It's fun but also about 1/10th the area of either Coos Bay or Florence dunes. This is the only place I've ever run any offload rigs in OR.

In WA state there is the Pot Holes Reservoir ORV area south of Moses Lake but the "sand" is really rocky and chews hell out of frames and whatever gets sand blasted from what the tires kick up.

Further east is a place call St. Anthonys in ID which is in the SE corner of the state not far from the border with Wyoming.
