What I want to do is buy it, fit AC, and ship it back to CA to use when I'm out there. (My parents are wintering out there, and my sister lives out there.)
But... I can't do $60k. Not even close.
Especially not when we are looking at putting out huge amounts of cash to buy and build a place.
