The price for CPS membership is really nominal - I think it's around $200/year. The real cost is in acquiring sufficient equipment to qualify . Plus, you have to have credited work appear in media.
Nikon has Nikon Professional Services, but they try to limit membership to people making their living with Nikon produts. Owning a few pro bodies and lenses with a few tear sheets isn't always enough. It offers a lot, but they're pretty tight about who can get in.
