I think we all worry at night especially with our kids on the road that a driver coming at us or them on a two lane road might be drunk and could cross over and crash into us/them.

If the cops want to randomly stop and harass people, and have a good chance of actually catching someone that's DUI, then have them wait at the exits of bar parking lots. At least there, the search is properly targeted. Otherwise, to me, they're just putting on a show of intimidation, and putting out people that aren't doing anything wrong.
