There was a lot of reporting yesterday that this was coming today.
And it's happening globally, too. Musk may be talking about himself can cavalierly about his employees, everyone they come in contact with, and everyone they come in contact with because the Electric Show must go on, but production shutdowns probably have a lot more to do with wanting to limit inventory and anticipating bailouts limiting the financial damage.
With new incentives and manufacturers halting floorplan charges, you'd almost think people aren't buying so many new cars.
