The shift boot and parking brake boot were in okay shape but dirty... I was able to restore them with a lot of Chemical Guys leather cleaner and conditioner. But the armrest was too far gone, so Matt got another (Aftermarket) cover for it.
The new cover required quite a bit of work to get on, a little trimming, lots of stretching, but I think it turned out really well. I've never done anything like this before so I'm very happy.
