In terms of new wagons, you're right there isn't much (and what there is mostly 2.0 turbo such as the volvo v60/90 as well as 3 series/A4 wagon. Jaguar Sportbrake and Mercedes E400 would be the closest but they are 70k+.
You could get a slightly used X3 or X5 with the n55 motor though.
