I installed the console wrap this afternoon. I went with a black brushed steel wrap — which looks really good. Aim is to hide fingerprints — the console is a glossy piano black, and even after just a few days was pretty gross looking with fingerprints and some dust.
We also noticed another defect. The passenger front seatbelt warning does not come on. Driver and rear seats do come on. I’m guessing the sensor in the seatbelt latch isn’t working since the pass airbag light doesn’t come on when someone is in the seat...
