It appears to be a lot of car for $20k, and (without knowing what these go for, used) I would've guessed a fair bit more than $20k with those low miles.

But "more car" is definitely subjective. What one person values isn't necessarily what another person would. Some people would more highly prefer a 50K mile $20K Lexus LS, or a beefy off-roading jeep. To each their own.
