Rare? Sort of.....
They built 400,000 (+/-) 1600/1800/1602/1802/2002's total with only 44,478 being 2002tii's from 1972 to 1974.
They are fuel injected (mechanical) and have larger brakes.

Body and other running gear - they are the same... Meaning very good.
One variation --- The Touring model is a hatchback version (different that the coupe - and a PITA to get parts for - but kind of slick if you want to be unique....)
For a point of reference.... My 2002 (carb) is probably a $12,000 car these days.
If my car was a tii - Probablly ~$!6,000 or so.... maybe higher. There have been recent very nice examples selling for north of $20k.
