Out here in NV, if you don’t have a 3-car garage, you’re just a wannabe.
But seriously, about 90% of the houses in my neighborhood have 3-car garages. I think it’s because of the vast, open area we live in, as well as a huge lake that’s a mere 25 minutes away. People here love off-roading using dirt bikes, quads, side-by-sides, rock crawlers and being on the water on boats, standup jet skis, waverunners, paddle boards or kayaks. Many also have street bikes and regular bicycles.
You really have to have room for all the gear you use outdoors, right ??
