Car rental flat tire

Came outside to my rental car and it had a flat tire. Did my usual decline all coverage so it seems like I am responsible for repair? Anyone run into same situation? It is Alamo if that matters.

A quick Google search suggests you might be responsible?

As much as I like rental agencies, I think I would have used a bottle of slime sealant
