I haven't kept track of my miles, but I'm pretty sure it's under 1000 since March 1. Mostly just short, local trips for groceries, doctor appts, etc. The only significant trip was to Orlando to move my daughter out her dorm.

Daily driving down(for wife, I normally work at home) but mileage wise might be up. Did a big road trip a few weeks ago and during the lockdown had to drive out of town to mountain bike.

Being a FrontlinER, I didn't see any drop in mileage, since I still have to drive/ride and go to work.

However, as the weather got warmer, I found I use my car or truck less and less, and ride our Spyder and my Harley more often.

I'm lucky in the fact that I have many different types of vehicles and that commuting to and from work doesn't get too terribly boring.

I don’t know if I would feel comfortable parking the Spyder at work, do they have a secured parking lot ? Also what happens if you get a sudden rain storm ?

Well, the hospital I work at has a 7-level parking garage. The employee parking starts at level 5, with my car hitting at least 12 or so speed bumps. The walk to the entrance is about 1/2 block.

The beauty and convenience of riding our Spyder or my Harley is that I can easily sneak it past the gates of the physicians’ street-level parking lot, which is totally separate from the employees lot and closer to the hospital. The corners of this lot is painted off limits to cars, but I just park either my 3-wheeler or 2-wheeler right on there.

PLENTY of space on either sides. Plus, the lot has at least 4 surveillance cameras that covers every square inch of the lot. The walk to the entrance is about 50 yards.

There are a lot of high end cars owned by doctors in there that robbers would rather be interested in besides my bikes: a GT3, a couple of BMW ///M and Audi S-series cars, Maserati, S-class Benzes, McLaren, and a couple late model ‘Vettes to name a few.

As far as rainstorms, I look at the forecast and if I see that there’s more than a 20% chance of rain, I avoid riding in.

NV has PLENTY of days of sunshine, so I don’t feel bad missing a few……
