Not great pics, but they are from this morning, the trio in their natural habitats...

The Honda looks good from 10ft, not too shabby for a car with 133k on it. It does sleep on the street. :( .

And no, the Smart is of no relation to us. It just squeezed itself into the half-spot behind the Si. I guess that's the whole point of that car so it's excused.

A couple of weeks ago; iphone pick. Yes that's a box of Shamwows, no they are not worth a damn, yes they do get brake dust off wheels, no I didn't buy them, yes they were given to me, why because the didn't work worth a damn.

Beautiful. I've always thought those wheels must be the motherf***iest of all motherf***ers to keep clean though. :ack:

Thanks. These aren't near as bad as the wheels on my old ZHP.

I LOVE the versatility of my Odyssey. It has proven to be one of the best vehicles I've ever owned. My 325 is my first BMW, and I plan on keeping it until the last bolt falls off the thing.

My snow beater and boat hauler. Over 160k miles, and still pulling like a banshee.

Nice.

That is a bit prettier than 40ft below ground in Downtown Houston.

Thanks. That is Vermont, about halfway between Okemo and Killington. We've had so much rain that everything is very green.

Does your car ever leave the parking garage? It's like it hasn't moved much since March 2010. :D

Vermont looks like it's a gorgeous state. Very beautiful. Nice setting for a car photo, too!

As for my most recent car related photo. . . about the only thing I take pictures of is the Jeep.

LOL...

I am still waiting for stuka to post a decent pic of any one of his cars.

Even though Nate's pic suffers from garage lighting, it's taken from a height level with the car and the entire vehicle is in the frame.

And if stuka wanted to show off the new bumpers, maybe they should be visible in the pic and not buried in the shadows.

Different parking garage. :eeps:

Will try to get an outdoors shot for this thread.

Classic. Both yours and nate's. I think the E46 design is aging very well, aesthetically. It's pretty timeless.

Love the 'vert's ass, especially... also the wagon's ass.

That's a beauty. I remember I was in college in 2000 when the e46 coupes first came out. I thought they were awesome.

Ever think about trying center caps on the wheels just to mix it up a bit?

Nope.

I like them without the caps.

I've been running without caps for almost a year now. The little plastic clips that hold the circular spring thingy broke on all of my caps so none of the them would stay in. I did get replacements, but have just never gotten around to putting them in. Now I'm kinda used to the look of them without the caps.

This one is fairly recent.

Specs and a detailed explanation will follow at some point, but it's a 535xit 6M in deep green over natural brown. M3 replacement--Carmax made me an offer I couldn't refuse on the old car.

Nice color combo. The 90's are far enough away where its cool again.

TD 06-02-2011 04:34 PM

I'm still not over the '90s and the dark green cars. But I'll wait to see it either in better pictures or in person.

Still, nice car choice. We can't always be picky on used car color - especially when looking for manual tranny wagons.

Excellent. Now you need to get a dog to put in the back. (Or, if you're Mitt Romney, on the roof.)

equ 06-02-2011 06:21 PM

I love the dark green on my motorcycle, I'd own an e60 in dark green... Congrats, and enjoy! Surprised it was the m3 that went but I think I didn't pay attention to some of your earlier posts.

Ground work for a 911 when he discovers he needs some sort of back seat in the second car. :)

In the spirit of Nate's garage-lit photos, here's the "collection" stuffed into the garage. Yeah, there are a lot of duplicates - not exactly by choice.

Do you run an Audi dealership?

Somewhat. My garage is basically a used car lot full of cars acquired through probate laws. The first two A4's, a TT that's hidden behind the 4Runner, and potentially the M3 are up for sale.

I'll give you $10k for the M3. :D

If find something more interesting/captivating than the M3 and then I'll be more motivated to sell it, albeit for likely more than $10k.
