It's definitely huge. And the funny thing is that unless you get the standard cab with 8-foot bed, the Ram's bed is only 6" wider and 14" longer than the Ridgeline's. Yes that's bigger, but not proportionally with the relative YUGE-ness of the vehicles.

If it was $25k I'd consider it.

I know Bren thinks otherwise, but unless you're a contractor, long bed trucks don't make much sense to me. I've not once had an instance where I couldn't transport what I needed in the 6.5" beds of trucks I've had. Granted, I don't buy a lot of drywall, sheathing, etc.

And if you're not going to tow a lot or carry big, heavy loads very often, the Ridgeline makes a lot of sense.

But then again, I tow a lightweight aluminum car trailer with a relatively lightweight car on it... using a 3/4 ton diesel pickup rated for more than 25,000 lbs.

I actually go back and forth on the long bed. What I question is the point of the Colorado size trucks, for the reasons Matt pointed out.

6.5" bed. Lol. sigh.

I'm with you on the Colorado. Small trucks made sense when they were small. The Colorado is not small. It's just less capable.

This is our monthly "At Ease" weekend. It gives us a chance to let our hair down, although I see you've got a head start in that department. I shouldn't talk, though, I'm getting a little shaggy myself. I'd better not stand too close to you, people might think I'm part of the band. I'm joking, of course.

Seriously. It’s almost frightening.
