Yeah, it seems like before we can know whether 10k is a good price, we'd need more info. It seems like it may well be, but also sounds like maybe this is a pig in a poke?

Plug the last 7 of the VIN into one of the BMW VIN decoders, like this one. Note that this does a full option lookup, not the abbreviated one that the ETK and places like realoem do. The one I linked above also lets you compare the options fitted to two different VINS.
