Ugh about the new roof. Unfun money.

With the D500 and D5500, the burden was lessened on the D810. Hence the low shuuter count.

Also, we moved from a beautiful place to a less beautiful place...:(

I didn’t know you moved back to DC Fromm Atlanta. Sorry to hear that.

:eeps:

Tempted - but...
Not this time - at least not now. Another Mudgeon needs to step up this time.

For me - getting two cars in about a month (Escalade and E23) plus the saga with the E9 - I think I'll be eating Top Ramen for a while.

Ok - maybe not that bad, but the E9 is getting much more involved than I expected - will fill everyone in soon.

That being said - The two previous cameras I got from WDC have been awesome and exactly as described. Would here if I could... but - can't this time.

You have two very nice cameras as it is! And thank you for the vouch!

:) really thinking about Rappahannock. But DC was far prettier, too.

No worries!

BTW: Sold to the local camera store.

KEH is local, too. They offered a substantial amount less for the D810 than the local camera store did--apparently KEH is flooded with D810 bodies.

But, I did sell them my 17-35 2.8 for a decent price.

BTW, bought the Nikon 300 f/4E PF with the proceeds. Super light, easy to use lens. And does OK with my TC20. With the D500, that makes for some decent long range coverage.
