They're what came on it stock so I'd assume so. I will probably replace them with the Michelins when these are done but I'm easily 30k away from needing new ones.
IIRC, drop shackles are longer.

The leaf spring attached to the shackle *above* the mounting point to the frame, not below, last I checked. At least it does on my truck...
