China's unsustainable zero Covid policy is really fucking up the global supply chain.

The Winter Olympics are probably going to lead to further small outbreaks, prompting the government to do more and more lockdowns, possibly a nationwide lockdown. But Omicron is going to get out.

I'm really wondering if the Winter Olympics will happen...

I know China wants to show they can hold the games successfully and keep COVID at bay. But I'm thinking they don't want to open the border and let it in
(even though I'm sure there is more COVID in China than their gov't admits).
