M240i CV vs. 718 Boxster S

Boxster wins. Hands down. No comparison. It's just better in every way except passenger/cargo capacity. I absolutely love it. When I'm allowed to drive it.

The X5 just sits in the garage, except for weekend runs. Probably should get a trickle charger for it.

Are you sad that you don't have one too?

Yes. :(

I love my car when I drive it.

It's like Plato's Allegory of the Cave. All is fine when I stay in darkness.

See? There is no substitute.

How does your son fit in the backseat? ;) ;) ;)

He rides shotgun in the front. :D

But, yes, in the 2, everyone can go along for the ride. ;) It's a supremely practical and fun car.

Just not as fun as the Boxster.

We're very, very lucky to have both. Plus, a three-car garage.

It is a very sweet garage. I still think about a 981 gts to replace my 1er when the girls graduate. We'll see.
