That is a very nice specimen, but a little high.

My brother drives a HEAVILY modded '69 FJ40 and restores them as a side business. He recently delivered a beautifully restored '70 model to a doctor in Chicago for $30k, shipped. That included a high-performance Chevy 350 conversion, extensive suspension upgrades, leather upholstry, air conditioning, disk brakes at all four corners, etc.
