How to store tires - from Michelin

I just found this and thought it was interesting:

Particularly, where they mention the recommended way to store mounted tires:

And the way to store unmounted tires:

Apparently stacking is recommended for mounted tires but not for unmounted tires.

Thanks for posting this, good to know I am storing my spare wheels correctly

What it does not clearly specify is whether the side-by-side storage of mounted wheels implies them being on the ground (which would understandably be bad) or if it assumes a wall-mount where the tires have two (and a half?) points of contact.

I am just glad that vertical stacking is ok.
