Hard to tell anything from that camera angle. In-car cameras are pretty much useless if you can't see the driver's inputs. But, a couple thoughts anyway :P

1) If he were any later in the slaloms he'd be pregnant. Maybe it was his first run, I dunno, but that was rough.
2) Sounds like BMW hasn't improved their M differentials at all. Exiting a few of those corners you could hear it wind up the inside tire and then lock up. I autocrossed an E90 M3 last year and found it to be pretty tricky to drive because of the unpredictability of the diff. Supposedly you get used to it.

But, given that one lap has many racetracks and (to my knowledge) only one autocross, it shouldn't be surprising that very few one lappers are any good at it.

"I always get my coffee at *that* Starbucks!"

(But I think it was blown away in a tornado last summer.)

JV summed up most of my thoughts. His lines seemed off, but it could've been the camera angle.

Track day skills don't always translate into autocross success, but it could've been his first run, etc.
