turbo...
My old coworker is selling the hated 996 turbo. Besides the looks(+interior) the platform seems great.

I prefer rwd, I know you can disconnect the front axle, but the old school awd with the power might be ok with me. |

I think the turbo bodykit went a long way to making 996s look decent |
I am assuming 997.2 S are still 50-60k + . I wouldn’t 991 too but they are even more money.
Air cooled are stupid expensive and for the 996 the turbo or GT3 are the only models I would consider. |
What's the question? $39k is as cheap as you'll find a 996tt. Original owner (who you know) and low'ish miles; that's a great buy.
If it has sports seats, ask if he wants an 04 z06 in trade. :D Quote:

Edit: He bought a new spyder for it replacement, he blew by me lastnight on the road in it. |

Seriously, if that car was around here from someone I knew, it would be in my garage. Edit: It would be better if were a later year car, and the front bumper thing might hurt it a little, but you could probably buy it and list it on Rennlist and make a couple grand in a few hours. |
