Are any of the bushings up there oil-filled? Zee Germans love them some oil-filled bushings. And they crack, then leak.

Usually that oil smells pretty nasty, though. Shock oil also tends to smell pretty terrible.

No smell and not oily. Seem slightly thicker than just water, but that could be dirt.

Shock would be my guess . . . unless there is an empty 7-11 slurpee cup in the back seat :)

Nick for the win.

Took it in. Unable to find a source. Nothing is leaking, not shocks, brakes, transmission, nothing... Looks like it may have been some sort of dumping of water/condensation.

Very odd.

AC usually dumps up front. Reddish from good ole Northeast winter...

Has your humility level risen over the last few days? Ours has... Ive always noticed A/C moisture drops in that pattern on various cars,,,

The car had. It been run in about a week. How might that play in?

Probably a clogged drain hole that unclogged itself.

That is really strange .. the only time I ever had a leak of fluid from a car in the garage was an Audi also and it was from the rear as well.

It ended up being oil ... but then again the engine was in the back too so don’t go by me :D

One of my favorites was going to JV's for something one day (probably to flip tires) opening the door to the shop and seeing a puddle of fuel under the red car. This was near the end of the 330Ci's phase of breaking while sitting still.
