On the Beltway today, my wife saw an LTI TXii.

That'd be one of these, except in orange:

I've seen a couple of those out here. One is actually in use by a local taxi company (its white with one of the taxi company logos all over it). The other looks to be a private car -- its basic black and someone probably has it for kicks...

Not really that unusual of a car, but I like the license plate.
